Business Simulation

It is well known that adults learn best from experience. Management training and executive development courses inspire people with new theories and frameworks, but it is difficult to take that learning into practice directly in the workplace.

We offer a laboratory for applying business theory – an opportunity to integrate concepts and test them in a pedagogical environment in order to deepen the learning and help managers be one step ahead when they get back in the workplace.

Using primarily the Bissada Management Simulations, we challenge teams of managers to run simulated companies in a competitive marketplace. Faced with decisions on marketing, finance and production, combined with debriefing sessions in plenary, participants learn from their successes and failures in a concrete way which has a powerful lasting effect.
